Diederik and Jens helped us tremendously throughout the process of selling our apartment in The Hague. From the beginning, they made us feel confident and comfortable leaving the process in their hands. They kept us well informed about the key developments, while also taking the initiative to remind us whenever something required our attention. When there were promising developments, they followed up quickly and involved us at exactly the right moments for the important decisions. We also really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help with ad-hoc requests, such as being present for an electricity check during the sales process. Overall, this was exactly the kind of service we were looking for: professional, proactive and reliable. We were involved in all the important decisions without being overwhelmed with unnecessary details. We would definitely recommend them.
